Q: How soon can I get an appointment scheduled?

A: We can schedule you within the week.

Q: How do I prepare for an appointment?

A: To prepare your property for a job, please remove chairs, tables and any other objects that could interfere with the cleaning.

During Service

Q: How long does a job take?

A: For our main services, we estimate that:

• Pressure washing a home takes about 2 hours and 30 min.
• Concrete pressure washing takes about 1 hour and 45 min.
• Window cleaning normally takes about 1 hour and 30 min, but can take longer if you need to have a lot of windows cleaned.

Please note that these times are just estimates based on previous jobs.

Q: Should I be home during the job?

A: You do need to be home for the payment, but you don't have to be home the entire time.

After Service

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, check, or Zelle.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
